Policies

By purchasing or booking any service with Purposed Brand Management (PBM), you agree to the following policies.

These policies are in place to protect both your time and mine, and to ensure a clear, professional working relationship.

  • All payments made to Purposed Brand Management are non-refundable.

    Because all services require time, strategy, preparation, and intellectual property that begins immediately after purchase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

    Please make sure you are fully ready to move forward before completing your payment.

  • You may reschedule a booked session or service one time only with at least 48 hours’ notice.

    Reschedule requests must be made via email or your original booking link.

    Any reschedule request made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited with no refund or credit.

  • All strategy, templates, frameworks, and materials created by Purposed Brand Management are for the client’s personal business use only.

    They may not be shared, resold, or distributed in any form.

  • Results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes are directly impacted by your consistency, implementation, communication, and willingness to take action.

    PBM provides strategy, structure, and guidance, but you are responsible for execution unless enrolled in a full service management package.

  • Purposed Brand Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if communication becomes disrespectful, abusive, or misaligned with the company’s values.

    In these cases, no refund will be issued.
